Prep Time: 5 mins • Cook Time: 2 mins • Additional Time: 3 mins • Total Time: 10 mins • Servings: 1 (Yield: 1 big bowl)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 cup water (or milk)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

Directions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl combine oats, banana, cinnamon and salt; add water and stir. Microwave on high until water is absorbed (2–3 minutes). Stir and let rest 3 minutes to cool slightly.
  2. Spoon Greek yogurt on top, add strawberry jam and a tablespoon of peanut butter. Stir if you like a blended flavor or eat layers separately.

Cook’s Note

Use milk instead of water for richer oats. Swap jam for fresh berries or maple syrup to adjust sweetness. Fage 0% Greek yogurt and natural peanut butter work great.
