Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1/3 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1 large egg

Directions

  1. Microwave butter in a microwave-safe mug ~15 seconds to melt; swirl to coat mug interior.
  2. Add almond flour, egg, baking powder and salt. Whisk until smooth and free of lumps.
  3. Microwave on high about 90 seconds until set and springy. Let cool 2 minutes, then slice and serve.
