Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
- 1 (6 oz) container nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 (4-serving) pkg instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or more to taste)
- 1 (8 oz) container reduced-fat frozen whipped topping, thawed
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl stir together pumpkin puree, vanilla yogurt, instant pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice until mixture begins to thicken.
- Gently fold in thawed whipped topping until fully incorporated and light.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with ginger snaps, graham crackers or toasted nuts.
Cook’s Note
