Ingredients:

- 2 (8 oz) whole trout, butterflied and deboned

- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 Melt the butter: In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter until it turns golden brown (about 1 minute). Remove from heat.
2 Prepare the trout: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place the trout on it, skin-side down. Drizzle with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
