Air fryer cinnamon roll bites transform store-bought refrigerated cinnamon rolls into crunchy, golden, kid-friendly bites served with a creamy orange-flavored dip. This quick air fryer cinnamon roll bites recipe is perfect for weeknight treats, party snacks, or easy weekend breakfasts.

Ingredients

  • 1 (12.4 oz) can refrigerated cinnamon rolls (8 rolls) — icing reserved
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • icing from the cinnamon roll package (reserved)

Directions

Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 325°F (165°C) per manufacturer instructions. Combine ¼ cup sugar + ½ tsp cinnamon in a resealable bag.

Step 2
Remove 8 cinnamon rolls from the can and set the included icing aside. Cut each roll into 4 equal pieces for 32 bites.

Step 3
Line the air fryer basket with parchment (or lightly spray). Place bites in a single layer (work in batches if necessary). Air fry 3 minutes, flip with tongs, then air fry another 2–3 minutes until golden brown.

Step 4
While bites cook, make the orange dip: beat cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, reserved packaged icing, 1 tbsp orange zest, and 1 tbsp orange juice until smooth and dippable (~1 minute).

Step 5
Toss warm bites in the cinnamon-sugar bag to coat. Serve immediately with orange cream dip on the side.


Cook’s Note

If you don’t have an air fryer, bake bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet at 375°F (190°C) for ~10 minutes until golden (no flipping needed). Dip can be warmed 6–8 seconds in the microwave for a looser texture.
