Ingredients
- ½ cup quick or old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup nonfat milk (or milk of choice)
- ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Directions
- Add oats to your container or jar and pour in milk. Stir to combine.
- Layer Greek yogurt over the oats, sprinkle chia seeds and top with mixed berries.
- Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Stir and enjoy cold, or warm briefly if preferred.
Cook’s Note
- Use nut milk or dairy milk based on preference. Swap Greek yogurt for dairy-free yogurt for vegan option.
- Add a spoonful of nut butter for added protein and richness.
