Berry Overnight Oats are a creamy, make-ahead breakfast with layers of oats, Greek yogurt and fresh mixed berries. They’re perfect for busy mornings, meal prep and healthy on-the-go eating.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup quick or old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup nonfat milk (or milk of choice)
  • ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Directions

  1. Add oats to your container or jar and pour in milk. Stir to combine.
  2. Layer Greek yogurt over the oats, sprinkle chia seeds and top with mixed berries.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Stir and enjoy cold, or warm briefly if preferred.

Cook’s Note

  • Use nut milk or dairy milk based on preference. Swap Greek yogurt for dairy-free yogurt for vegan option.
  • Add a spoonful of nut butter for added protein and richness.
