Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
  • 1 onion, minced

  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Directions:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).


Step 2: In a large pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-low heat. Sauté broccoli, onion, and garlic until tender.
