Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 (6 oz) container nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 (4-serving) pkg instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or more to taste)
  • 1 (8 oz) container reduced-fat frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl stir together pumpkin puree, vanilla yogurt, instant pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice until mixture begins to thicken.
  2. Gently fold in thawed whipped topping until fully incorporated and light.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with ginger snaps, graham crackers or toasted nuts.

Cook’s Note
