Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp seasoned salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper (or to taste)
- ½ lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 small red potato, diced
- 1 sweet bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
- 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pounded flat)
Optional Dipping Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix oregano, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

3. Toss green beans, potatoes, bell peppers, broccoli, and garlic with olive oil and half of the seasoning on the sheet pan.
