Ingredients

  • 8 fresh strawberries, hulled
  • ½ cup skim milk (or almond milk for dairy-free)
  • ½ cup plain yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 3 tbsp white sugar (or honey / maple to taste)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 ice cubes, crushed

Directions

  1. Gather ingredients and chill glasses.
